A Buy Club is a group of people who get together and purchase in bulk a wide variety of organic and natural foods, grains, and more from a wholesale distributor. The Buy Club gives you access to healthy food at lower prices.
We are continuing to offer our Buy Club program.
Although we honor other Co-op memberships in the store, Buy Club and Special Order pricing are for Yelm Food Co-op Members only. An additional 10% will be charged for all others.
Please type or print clearly
Required information:
Name, Phone number, Date and email address
Please enter: quantity, catalog number or product code, size, and price.
Taxable:
All non-food items (which include carbonated drinks and supplements) will be taxed at 8.5%.
NOTE: The following quantities are considered bulk:
- products in bags of 20 lbs or more per bag
- products in buckets of 5 gal. or more per bucket
- products in cases, 1 case or more
- herbs and spices, 1 lb or more
- if products are not offered in cases, a minimum quantity of 6 needs to be ordered
All other quantities are considered single items and will be charged at retail price (please ask the Buy Club Coordinator for the current price)!
To complete your order, please use the catalogs which are available at the store.
A “Store Copy” is available for your use or you can purchase one for $0.65. You can print out an order form by clicking here or pick up one in the store.
Please bear in mind that there are often large price differences between the catalog prices and the actual prices as billed to the co-op. If there are major differences in prices, the Buy Club Coordinator will contact you at the time of ordering.
To get the product code, size and pricing please go to:
1. Go to www.unfi.com
2. From the “Choose a UNFI location” drop down menu: choose “Seattle”
3. In the next line, “Enter User Name here”, enter: yelmcoop@fairpoint.net
4. In the next blank line enter: “4clients” and click “Login”
5. Under “Customer Number” click on “000R”
6. You can now search for your product by brand, category, product name, bulk, etc.
7. Fill out the Yelm Food Co-op order form that you can get by clicking here. Enter ALL required information, i.e. Quantity, Product Code and Description.
8. If you use the online order form, you can either print it out and bring it to the store or you can click the “Submit by email” button at the bottom of the form and send it via email to the store. If an email window with all the information does not open automatically, you will have to save your order and send it to: food@yelmcoop.com, subject: Buy Club Order, as an attachment!
*** Please be aware that order forms with incomplete information can not be processed.
The prices are normally the correct prices for Bulk items. However, if you wish to order single items, e.g. 1 or 2 toothbrushes, the Yelm Food Co-op considers that a “Special Order” and will charge the normal retail price (our store price). (See our list of what is considered Bulk / Special Order).
If you are not a member/owner of the Yelm Food Co-op, you will pay the normal 10% non-member surcharge on top of the Buy Club/Retail Prices.
Please remember, prices are always subject to change.
